Within the MH Treasury department, the Credit & Risk Manager handles the credit risk at Group level that reaches up to 950M€, over 40 entities and 130 countries. He/she coordinates a community of 50 Credit Managers (Full/Partial Time) to support the business while securing the cash and lead projects to improve processes and tools towards efficiency.
Job responsabilities
Secure credit risk:
Handle Coface contract management: contract negotiation every 2 years for all insured entities
Optimize coverage level from Coface or other alternative solutions
Manage internal credit limit to be validated by MH CFO (>1M€)
Assist markets in case of payment issue
Monitor the DSO(Days of sales outstanding) :
Annual targets review, forecasts review & monthly analysis of actual figures
Trainings, process harmonization, tools deployment projects & Community animation
Prepare & follow guarantees issued by MH SAS & MH International requested by Banks
Profile
Experience: Successful finance experience (min 5 years)
Languages: English and French
