Creator Programs Lead: Scale UGC & Ecosystems

SharkNinja is seeking a Manager, Creator Programs to design scalable systems for a global creator ecosystem. You will own the mid-tier and micro creator roster across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and lead operations from onboarding to payments with minimal escalation.

You will build governance, define tooling and templates, and set quality standards that align with brand and legal requirements, while delivering measurable program impact.
