We are seeking a full time Sous Chef to support our small kitchen team.

• Available 7 days - including early evenings, rotational roster - NO nights, NO split shifts
• Multi skilled - that means able to do more than one thing at a time!

• Able to initiate jobs without supervision?
• Cookery Certificate or equal experiences
