Creative Project Assistant (internship)
Job Description
Based in the EMEA head office, you will join the Creative department under the supervision of its Manager. You will produce graphic elements — or coordinate their creation with external partners — for digital use, considering platform and advertiser constraints. You will also manage video projects (including trailer localization) with external partners. Additionally, you will collaborate with Product/Brand Managers to define and approve creative projects. Your work will enhance our company’s image by strengthening its identity and visual credibility.
You will carry out the following non-exhaustive list of tasks:
- Creating banners (or managing the creation with external partners) intended for product or corporate communication
- Producing visuals for manufacturers’ channels (Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft, etc.)
- Managing the localization of trailers with external partners
- Keeping an eye on the latest graphic solutions regarding web/digital communication
Candidate Profile
Education and knowledge
- Currently studying at Bachelor’s/Master’s degree level, specializing in graphic design/multimedia
- Initial experience with an agency, as a freelancer or with an advertiser in web and digital communication would be appreciated
- French speaker and a good level of English, especially written English
- Proficiency in Photoshop is required (Illustrator and InDesign are a plus)

Additional information
Location: 15 rue Félix Mangini, 69009 LYON (this position is not eligible to full-remote working)
Contract: full-time internship for 6 months (no work-study program)
Start date: From July 2026
Remuneration: dependent on degree level (from €1000 up to €1,200 per month)
