We need a Creative Operations Manager to be the operational engine behind the growth creative flywheel and broader creative operation in France.

About The Role

As the Creative Operations Manager for France, you will be the right hand to the Creative Strategist and the operational backbone of the local creative pod. You’ll own the systems and processes that keep the flywheel spinning: briefs, pipelines, partners, trafficking, and data. You will handle production, creative ops, and project management, ensuring every asset is briefed clearly, produced on time, trafficked correctly, and tagged so that the data coming back provides insights.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Run the end‑to‑end production engine for growth creative, owning the pipeline that powers weekly sprint cycles from brief to delivery. Keep a steady drumbeat of always‑on content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other channels, ready for larger brand moments.
  • Produce content for social‑first channels, not for ads, guiding teams, freelancers and creators on formats that work in modern feeds.
  • Find, close, and onboard great creators in France. Brief, coach, and extract the best work on the roster while building relationships and scaling winners.
  • Partner closely with the Creative Strategist through briefing, casting, scheduling, production, delivery and post‑mortems, translating ambition into actionable production plans.
  • Own ad trafficking, classification, and asset hygiene—managing naming conventions, taxonomies, metadata, and trafficking into Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ads managers.
  • Lead and collaborate with content administrators in Manila, giving direction, raising standards, and improving systems so they can work at speed.
  • Accelerate workflows with AI and modern tools, reducing friction in briefing, versioning, localisation, tagging, and admin.
  • Manage vendors, budgets and partners—building relationships with creators, editors, agencies and freelancers in Spain, monitoring timelines, quality and budget.
  • Champion the France market, bringing local production knowledge and collaborating with adjacent markets to share systems, partners and learnings.

You’re Probably a Match If You Have

  • 4+ years of production experience, ideally spanning agency and in‑house, with meaningful time on social‑first and performance‑creative.
  • A track record managing always‑on content pipelines at volume, shipping weekly while maintaining high quality.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with ad trafficking and creative classification across Meta, TikTok and YouTube—including naming conventions, taxonomies and asset metadata.
  • A working understanding of what makes social‑first creative perform: hooks, formats, vertical video, creator content. You need not write strategy but know what good looks like.
  • Experience working hand‑in‑glove with a Creative Strategist, Creative Director or performance‑creative lead.
  • Experience working with creators and delivering content that has scaled.
  • People‑leadership experience, having managed coordinators or admins and helped them grow.
  • A network of trusted creators, editors and production partners in Spain, or the proven ability to build one quickly.
  • Excellent project‑management instincts: holding multiple sprints, prioritising under pressure, and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, building structure where none exists and adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent French and English skills, with an eye for tone, nuance and cultural resonance.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate workflows and improve output quality.
