As a Creative Image Producer , and in line with the Brand Strategy and Creative Direction, you will manage the production of Runway Shows, Campaigns, Social Media initiatives and Events.

Also, you will ensure strong and positive relationships with internal stakeholders and build successful working relationships with key external stakeholders such as Marketing Consultant, PR, Production and Creative Agencies.

Your goal is to develop and deliver integrated, cross‑functional marketing plans across Zimmermann’s annual calendar, including campaigns, events, brand moments, and runway shows. The role brings a strong product‑led perspective, ensuring collections are clearly understood, strategically edited, and consistently advocated to drive intentional coverage of priority categories and styles across all channels.

Working closely with channel leads and cross‑functional teams, including Retail and Visual Merchandising, the role ensures alignment, clarity, and cohesive execution throughout the year.

Planning and Relationships

  • Manage and maintain Marketing Calendar and build in lead times to meet key dates and new initiatives with the other Brand Image Producer.
  • Build successful relationships with key external stakeholders such as Marketing Consultant, PR, Production and Creative Agencies.
  • Work collaboratively with the Brand & Marketing Director to ensure the smooth execution of all PR and Marketing initiatives.

Production Management - Runway Shows, Campaigns, Social Media initiatives and Events

  • Develop a sound understanding of brand strategy and creative direction for all Brand and Content projects with the other Brand Image Producer.
  • Brief suppliers on the project budget, regularly consult and update management on progress.
  • Coordinate with all internal teams, external production and PR agencies, in line with the Marketing Calendar.
  • Responsible for the briefing, approval process and production of graphic artwork for all projects, for example, invitations, menus, etc…
  • Ensure management is consulted and updated regular on project status.
  • Manage budget reconciliation on all projects.

Retail & Inhouse project

  • In co‑ordination with the Retail team, support all store‑based marketing requests, and execution of planned store‑based initiatives and events.

Your profile :

  • Previous experience within a similar role (preferably in luxury fashion) during 5-6 years.
  • Previous experience in fashion event management and production.
  • Graphic skill and high tastelevel ability in briefing/selecting for approval/proofing.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as required.
  • Have a thoroughknowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint and Outlook – Preferable to have skills using InDesign and Photoshop.
