Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in strategy consulting, growth operations, or data-driven project management
  • Analytical DNA: highly analytical, fluent with data, and comfortable deriving clear, actionable insights from complex performance metrics
  • Social Media Native: deep understanding of social media codes and trends; know the anatomy of a "scroll-stopper" and how to adapt content to the specific DNA of each platform
  • AI Enthusiast: strong interest in, or professional exposure to, machine learning and AI-driven creative workflows; view AI as an essential lever for scale
  • Structured & Organized: love bringing order to chaos; excel at designing frameworks and improving processes to make cross-functional teams faster and smarter
  • Bridge Builder: excellent communicator, capable of speaking the language of both highly creative profiles and deeply technical/analytical teams to align everyone around common growth goals

What the job involves

  • At MWM, we design mobile experiences that empower creativity and engage billions of users worldwide
  • We are looking for a highly analytical and process-driven Creative Growth Ops to structure, scale, and optimize our creative engine across our portfolio of 70+ apps
  • Working in close collaboration with our Creative Strategist, you will be the operational and analytical powerhouse behind our creative performance
  • While the Strategist focuses on visual quality and storytelling, you are the guardian of data, AI processes, scalability, and automation
  • Your core mission is to bridge the gap between creativity and data, ensuring our winning ideas are tested efficiently, scaled massively without inflating headcount, and distributed on the right networks
  • Deep dive into creative cohorts across our 70+ apps to extract actionable insights
  • Identify winning patterns (e.g., why a specific "Hook" performs better on TikTok US than Meta) and trigger immediate, data-backed creative iterations
  • Act as the liaison between the Creative team and our AI Specialists
  • Automate complex, time‑consuming tasks to speed up production (e.g., localizing a winning UGC video into 10 languages with perfect AI lip‑sync)
  • Define and build the infrastructure needed to scale creative production from 10 to 100+ variations seamlessly
  • Leverage dynamic templates and Gen‑AI tools to multiply our output while maintaining high quality and keeping headcount stable
  • Partner closely with the User Acquisition (UA) team to ensure creatives are effectively distributed across multiple ad networks (Iron

    Source, App

    Lovin, Unity, Tik

    Tok, Meta)
  • Adjust creative deployment in real‑time based on live performance data and network‑specific algorithms
  • Challenge and overhaul existing creative workflows to push the team toward absolute operational excellence
  • Formalize a culture of rigorous, data‑driven A/B testing and experimentation across the creative department
