DAZN Creative is DAZN’s in‑house creative agency, and we are looking for a multi‑disciplined and talented Creative Director to join our creative team in France. Responsible for shaping and elevating the brand’s creative vision in the market. Working with the department’s global creative management, this role leads on regional creative strategy, ensures global brand consistency while enabling local relevance, and partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Programming editorial and Regional Leadership to deliver best‑in‑class creative across all channels.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Define and drive the creative vision for the France region in alignment with global brand guidelines
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of designers, editors and copywriter in the business
  • Work closely with the global creative department’s management team in both APAC and London to ensure the France region is consistent with creative quality and effectiveness
  • Oversee the development of integrated campaigns across digital, print, social, and DAZN’s owned and operated inventory.
  • Strong story‑telling and promo narrative sensibilities.
  • Ensure all creative output is culturally relevant, linguistically accurate, and market‑appropriate for France
  • Partner with regional marketing and programming editorial teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions
  • Review, approve, and elevate creative concepts, layouts, copy, and final executions
  • Stay ahead of creative, cultural, and design trends within France and globally
  • Present creative concepts and campaign results to senior stakeholders

What You’ll Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably within international or matrix organizations
  • Proven experience leading in‑house creative teams and agencies across multiple channels
  • Strong sports‑based portfolio demonstrating brand‑building, campaign development, and creative excellence
  • Deep understanding of the French market, consumer behaviour, and cultural nuances
  • Fluency in French (native) and English (business fluent) is required
  • Excellent storytelling, conceptual thinking, and visual sensibility
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Experience working with global brand guidelines and adapting them for local markets
  • Experience in sports lifestyle brands and/ or Broadcast
  • Familiarity with agile workflows and cross‑functional collaboration
