Evaluate generated creative work against the audience, constraints and professional standard of its brief.

Responsibilities

• Build realistic briefs and reference responses from the kinds of work you understand professionally.
• Judge visual hierarchy, typography, color, imagery and writing according to the medium.
• Identify work that looks competent but fails brand, accessibility, permitted-use or production constraints.
• Explain your decisions with evidence and usable review criteria.

Experience and eligibility

Professional practice in design, writing or creative production is required. Relevant routes include graphic or interface design, visual or performing arts, film, photography, fashion, textiles, writing and editing. A portfolio and the ability to explain creative decisions are more important than a particular credential. Work within your actual specialty and flag unclear briefs.

Deliverables and pay

Outputs include design briefs, reference reasoning and annotated quality judgments. IXO will agree the exact discipline, scope and schedule before work begins.

Pay is $65 $85/hr in USD. Work is remote.
