Couturière/Seamstress Haute Couture

Ashi Studio , a renowned haute couture house based in Paris, is seeking an experienced Couturière to join its atelier. The tailor will play a key role in transforming creative visions into exceptional couture pieces through precise craftsmanship, attention to detail, and mastery of construction techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute high-end tailoring and construction for evening and bridal dresses .

Collaborate closely with designers, modélistes, and the atelier team throughout the creation process.

Perform fittings, alterations, and adjustments to achieve perfect silhouettes and proportions.

Apply advanced hand-finishing techniques for delicate fabrics and embroidery applications.

Ensure all creations meet Ashi Studio’s couture standards of quality, elegance, and precision.

Support prototype development and client fittings for runway, VIP, and bespoke pieces.

Maintain an organized and detail-oriented approach to daily atelier operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in a haute couture or luxury fashion house .

Proven expertise in evening and bridal dress tailoring .

Exceptional knowledge of hand sewing, draping, and couture finishing.

Strong understanding of fit, structure, and fabric behavior .

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in French or English (both preferred). xuezdbg
