Couture and Fine Jewellery Sales Manager
We are partnering with a globally renowned couture house to appoint a Global Sales Manager, based in Paris. This is a unique opportunity to join a prestigious Maison at the forefront of luxury, working closely with an international network of ultra-high-net-worth clients across couture and high jewellery.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, client experience, and brand storytelling—requiring a highly polished, commercially driven individual with a deep understanding of the global luxury landscape and the nuances of VIP client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive global sales performance across couture and high jewellery categories, delivering against ambitious revenue targets
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with an international portfolio of VIP and UHNW clients, offering an exceptional and highly personalised client experience
- Partner closely with Atelier, Creative, and Merchandising teams to ensure collections are presented and sold in line with the Maison’s vision
- Identify and unlock new business opportunities across key global markets, including Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the US
- Curate and host exclusive client appointments, private viewings, and high-profile events in Paris and internationally
- Develop strategic sales initiatives to elevate client engagement, retention, and lifetime value
- Act as a brand ambassador at all times, embodying the values, heritage, and craftsmanship of the Maison
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client insights to inform commercial strategy
- Collaborate with senior leadership on global sales strategy, forecasting, and performance analysis
Profile
- Proven track record within luxury fashion, couture, or high jewellery sales at a global level
- Established network of VIP/UHNW clients and the ability to cultivate long-term relationships
- Highly polished, discreet, and confident in engaging with an international clientele
- Strong commercial acumen combined with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, heritage, and product
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative and atelier teams
- Willingness to travel internationally and operate in a highly dynamic, client‑led environment
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are highly advantageous
