The Role & Its Responsibilities
As the commercial architect for the French market, your job is to build the engine, write the playbook, and lead the team that executes it.

Design & Launch the Sales Model: Take full ownership of the commercial strategy. You will re‑engineer the sales funnel from scratch, creating a unified model that scales seamlessly from 3 labs to all 20+ locations across France.

Individual Contributor at first: during the first 6 to 9 months, you will be testing and showcasing your own approach, with the objective of signing new clients and upselling and cross‑selling.

Architect and Recruit Your Team: Over the next 6 to 9 months, you will personally build out a high-performing nationwide team of 5 to 10 people. This includes hiring and mentoring 5 to 6 Field Sales Representatives (each dedicated to a cluster of 3 to 4 labs), alongside a marketing team and specialized technical support.

Build the Cross‑Selling Engine: Design and implement structured processes that make it effortless for existing dental clinics to discover, adopt, and up‑sell the full, multi‑disciplinary catalog of the company’s digital services.
