YOUR ROLE

Lead and drive the growth of SOVA in Spain - essentially as if you were launching your own company. You'll be responsible for building everything from the ground up: strategy, execution, partnerships, brand presence, and growth channels.

This is a hyper-entrepreneurial role: there are no ready-made processes or pre-existing teams - you'll create them. You'll shape how SOVA enters and wins in Spain, testing, learning, and iterating rapidly.

If you're curious about entrepreneurship, this is the perfect test drive: you'll work with the freedom and responsibilities of a founder, but with the backing of an experienced team and a proven business model.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll oversee the full development of the Spanish market, with a strong focus on digital growth and e-commerce across all key business areas:

Develop and execute a tailored market entry and expansion strategy, with a strong focus on online channels and digital marketing.

  • Influence & Community Building

Identify and build partnerships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and online communities to drive awareness and engagement.

  • Brand Visibility & Communications

Lead content localization, social media initiatives, and PR efforts to establish SOVA as a leading digital-first brand in women's health.

  • Customer Acquisition & Retention

Optimize and implement CRM strategies to drive online sales, manage performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.), and analyze e‑commerce performance to maximize ROI.

  • Performance & Reporting

Monitor key e‑commerce metrics, analyze digital market trends, and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.

Work closely with the Growth, Brand, and Product teams to align campaigns with launches, promotions, and market priorities.

Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates and industry trends.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Highly entrepreneurial, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
  • Master's student looking for an internship with real responsibilities and growth potential.
  • Prior experience in marketing, growth, or business development.
  • Excellent analytical skills and mastery of tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization.
  • Hands‑on and resourceful - able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Passionate about women's health and wellness.
  • Fluency in Spanish & English is mandatory; bonus point if you can speak French.
