Business Strategy
- Develop and execute the business strategy for the West African region in alignment with the company’s global objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive advantages to drive regional expansion.
Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, corporate standards, and industry best practices.
- Establish and manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and achieve financial targets.
Business Development
- Lead the identification and acquisition of new clients and projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry bodies, and corporate partners.
Engineering Leadership
- Provide technical oversight and ensure that engineering projects meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
- Leverage technical expertise to guide the team and support client engagements.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Mentor and develop local leadership talent to strengthen organizational capacity.
Risk and Compliance Management
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards across all operations.
- Implement risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets and reputation.

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field); a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the engineering or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of managing regional operations or large‑scale projects in West Africa.
