Salary: €80K-€90K + Variable

We're looking for an entrepreneurial Country Manager to lead and accelerate our growth in the French market.

This is a high-impact leadership role combining commercial strategy, operational management, customer success, and public affairs. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for building market presence, driving revenue growth, and leading local teams in one of Europe's fastest-growing sectors.

Your Role

As Country Manager, you will define and execute the French growth strategy while serving as the local business leader.

Commercial Leadership

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the French market.
  • Support and coach the sales team to convert strategic opportunities into long-term business.
  • Build relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business expansion.

Customer Success

  • Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and long-term account development.
  • Oversee local customer support operations to deliver a best-in‑class customer experience.
  • Strengthen customer retention and identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.

Public Affairs & Market Development

  • Represent the company with government bodies, industry associations, and other key institutional stakeholders.
  • Monitor market developments and regulatory changes that could impact the business.
  • Build the company's visibility and influence within the French ecosystem.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, develop, and inspire the local Sales and Operations teams.
  • Set clear objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to align local execution with global strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role with a strong track record in complex B2B sales.
  • Experience within one or more of the following sectors:
    • Energy
    • Electric mobility
    • EV charging
    • Road transport
    • Infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business growth.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives and external partners.
  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent French and English are essential.
