Country Manager
My client a world leader within the Cyber Security field is currently recruiting for a Country Manager for France. You will have a strong background in Cyber Security and ideally within the distribution sector. You will be responsible for driving strategic growth and financial performance of the country. They act as the company ambassador for external stakeholders and shape the culture and engagement of people in their country. Collaborating with regional and functional teams to ensure operational and service excellence. This role balances entrepreneurial leadership with strong execution capabilities, ensuring alignment and execution of global objectives while tailoring strategies to the local market context.
Strategic Priorities & Key Outcomes
Deliver country contribution to growth and margin plan.
Strengthen sales performance and partner pipeline to support strategic targets.
Drive operational excellence across forecasting, execution, and customer delivery.
Sustain compliance and reputation through proactive regulatory engagement.
Improve talent retention, develop internal successors, and enhance cultural maturity.
Deepen customer intimacy and market responsiveness through in-field leadership.
Local P&L metrics achieved: revenue, EBIT, DSO/Cash flow.
Go-to-market strategy implemented with aligned sales and partner execution.
Clear country budget, forecast, and operating cadence in place.
Compliance and legal requirements fully met.
High engagement levels with strong team culture.
Recognized as trusted leader with customers, partners, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & experience
- 8–10+ years of commercial leadership in-country strong sales
- Experience growing a market in IT, cybersecurity, or distribution sectors
- Strong understanding of customer dynamics, partner ecosystems, and local regulation
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong communicator with proven leadership in matrixed environments
