Country Manager

I’m partnering with an established global digital media and technology business to appoint a Country Director for France and Belgium.

This is not a market-launch role. The business already has meaningful revenue, strong market foundations and an experienced commercial team. The opportunity is to take an established operation into its next phase of growth.

The successful person will lead the commercial strategy across France and Belgium, develop the existing leadership team and evolve the go-to-market model towards more direct, consultative and vertical-led enterprise selling.

Key responsibilities will include

• Owning the commercial strategy and growth plan for France and Belgium
• Leading senior sales, client development and partnerships leaders
• Expanding relationships with major brands and senior marketing decision-makers
• Strengthening forecasting, commercial process and accountability
• Developing a more structured, solution-led enterprise sales approach
• Leading an established team through change without disrupting what already works
• Representing the business externally across the French advertising market

The strongest candidates will bring

• Significant leadership experience within AdTech, digital media, advertising platforms or related technology
• A strong understanding of the French advertising ecosystem
• Experience managing managers and established commercial teams
• Evidence of scaling a mature, multimillion-euro business
• Strong direct relationships with major advertisers
• A structured approach to go-to-market strategy, forecasting and execution
• The credibility and presence to become a visible market leader

This will suit a senior commercial operator who combines relationships with genuine operating discipline.

The role is based in Paris with regular office attendance and offers a highly competitive executive package including base salary, bonus and equity.
