Our client is a global business aviation ground handling and services provider seeking a Country Manager to lead operations across France. Reporting to the Global Vice President, this role combines operational leadership, commercial growth, regulatory oversight and people management across multiple locations.

Role overview

This is a senior leadership position responsible for ensuring operational performance, safety, compliance and service standards are delivered consistently, whilst identifying opportunities for future growth.

Key responsibilities include

• Lead day-to-day operations across stations in France
• Drive operational standards, customer service and regulatory compliance
• Manage relationships with airport authorities, vendors and government bodies
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to support commercial growth
• Oversee budgets, profitability, staffing and performance
• Identify opportunities for expansion, partnerships and operational improvement
• Lead organisational change and develop high-performing teams

About you

• Extensive business aviation or airport operations experience
• Strong operational leadership background across multi-site environments
• Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and performance
• Comfortable dealing with aviation authorities, vendors and senior stakeholders
• Experience leading teams through change and driving performance
• Fluent English essential, French market knowledge highly desirable
• Able to travel regularly across France and internationally
