IT Warehouse Manager
As the Country IT Warehouse Manager, you will act as a strategic business partner, playing a pivotal role in driving L’Oréal’s physical distribution excellence. You will bridge the gap between technical IT infrastructure and operational logistics to ensure a seamless, secure, and future‑ready supply chain ecosystem.
Applications Management & Strategy
- Orchestrate lifecycle management: Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of local warehouse applications, from initial design and execution to continuous evolution and optimization.
- Strategic alignment: Champion the global IT roadmap by integrating group application portfolios into local processes, ensuring both compliance and operational high performance.
IT Security & Risk Mitigation
- Cybersecurity stewardship: Contribute to the definition and evolution of the general IT security control plan. Map cyber risks with a specific focus on the security of industrial equipment and IoT tools within the warehouse.
- Policy compliance: Ensure all deployed solutions strictly adhere to the IT security policies, standards, and governance rules defined at the Group level.
Financial Planning & Procurement
- Budget oversight: Define and defend the budget required for the successful execution of the local IT roadmap.
- Ecosystem maintenance: Rigorously monitor expenditures related to licensing, maintenance, and hardware upgrades.
- Vendor relations: Partner with Purchasing to review and refine contracts for IT application providers and consulting services.
- Asset management: Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and stock management of IT equipment in strict accordance with Group policy.
Leadership & People Development
You will lead a dedicated internal team member and manage external service providers.

- Stakeholder management: Act as the primary liaison between the warehouse operations and other internal IT departments to facilitate knowledge sharing and project alignment.
- Talent management: Drive recruitment (as needed), professional development and daily performance management of your team.
- Change advocacy: Foster a culture of technical expertise and agility to support organisational transformations and process changes.

Professional Experience & Technical Expertise
- 6 to 10 years of experience in tech projects.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a complex matrix organisation, collaborating with various internal IT and business stakeholders.
- Project excellence: Proven track record in project management methodologies and leading complex change management initiatives.
- Industrial systems: Mastery of industrial‑grade ERP systems, specifically regarding production monitoring, supply chain flow and inventory management.
- Technical literacy: Sound knowledge of network infrastructure, database management (SQL) and their application within a business environment.
- Bi‑lingual fluency: Fluency in French and English.

- Ethical rigor: High levels of integrity, transparency and a natural sense of internal control.
