Country Commercial Director

About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Director to lead our business in France . You will manage a team of about 20 people and take full responsibility for a €70M P&L. The role includes upstream, downstream, and export sales.

This is a high-impact position with significant responsibility for shaping the future of our French operations. We are committed to strengthening our market position and driving sustainable growth. Your leadership will be key to achieving these goals and creating long-term success.

• Location: Hybrid, with weekly presence at Varennes (2–3 days). Ideally near Lyon or Paris.
• Travel : Approx. 20–30% for customer and BU meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the French commercial team.
• Define and execute the sales strategy for France.
• Drive EBIT performance and ensure P&L accountability.
• Launch new product ranges and strengthen market presence.
• Work closely with the leadership team and report to the Group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior commercial leadership with P&L responsibility.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to act under pressure.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Knowledge of the construction sector is a plus.
