The Country Business Manager is responsible for the Vascular division’s business in the country. This includes business planning as well as execution.

Create Business Plan: Maintain an updated knowledge of the market ensuring a solid base for the business plan to include: competitor activity, reimbursement, market trends and other relevant health economic factors Develop and lead execution of a Country business plan that contain objectives for financial commitments and sales plan Marketing plan containing:
Meetings and congresses
Advertising
Physician training
Local advocacy
Other promotional activities
Launch specific: define product launch activities for the country including execution, in collaboration with European product management and marketing Defining Objectives for sales force: ensure that clear objectives for Sales performance, Service, Productivity and Cost exist for the Country Organizational Structure Define a specific structure for the country that best and most efficiently meets the market needs within the framework defined Assure proper in-country management of all product programs clinically as well as commercially Generally responsible for business KPIs, customer satisfaction and patient outcomes, as well as P&L, with emphasis on sales, expenses, margin and direct contribution income of the assigned geography. Lead the creation of a sales forecast for the country. Adjust and follow up throughout the period. Establish and maintain a management structure and defined KPIs that ensures a solid follow up on the business plan, identifies gaps
