Country Advisory Lead - France

Lead advisory mandates in the French market. Paris remains one of the most active CRE markets in Europe - we need a senior advisor who can operate at the level the market demands.

Who We Seek

• Minimum 10 years in French CRE across advisory, investment, or development
• Strong institutional network including French insurers, funds, and developers
• Track record in complex financing or transaction mandates
• Senior presence and ability to operate autonomously within a platform

What You Do

• Lead Shelton Reed advisory activity in the French market
• Execute financing, transaction, and strategic advisory mandates
• Build and maintain client and counterparty relationships in France
• Coordinate with European team on cross-border opportunities
