Counterparty Credit Risk Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong expertise in Counterparty Credit Risk to join a leading consultancy in Paris and complete projects in banking and capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects related to counterparty credit risk frameworks, processes, and reporting .
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders (Front Office, Risk, Finance) and translate them into functional specifications.
• Drive project delivery in alignment with regulatory and internal risk management requirements.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams in Agile mode to ensure proper system design, testing, and implementation.
• Prepare project documentation, status reporting, and governance updates.

Profile

• 5–10 years’ experience in risk management or project management within banking.
• Solid knowledge of counterparty credit risk concepts (CSA, margining, collateral, XVA, derivatives).
• Proven track record in project management (Agile/Waterfall).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
