Job Description
We are recruiting a Specialist Costing Winter Sport Operations H/F.
Within the Manufacturing Finance & Controlling team at Amer Sports Group, you will be responsible for managing the costing process for Alpine footwear and bindings product lines, covering the Group’s iconic winter sports brands: Salomon, Atomic, and Armada.
You have experience in Management Control within an industrial environment and in standard cost calculation,

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct specific studies and analyses related to the standard costs of our products to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our financial margins.
- Coordinate the budgeting process related to standard cost calculations :
- Participate in defining key assumptions.
- Consolidate data provided by operational teams.
- Ensure cost consistency across management systems and tools.
- Analyze standard cost variations by brand.
- Develop and maintain costing dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, identify variances, and support decision-making.
- Participate in monthly closing activities :
- Support the closing of accounts related to manufacturing operations.
- Analyze production variances and provide explanations for deviations.
- Contribute to budget and forecast preparation :
- Provide product standard costs for budgeting purposes.
- Estimate volume and product mix variances during forecasting activities.

Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree (BAC+5) in Business Administration or equivalent, with a specialization in Finance or Management Control.
- Experience: A first experience of at least 3 years in Management Control within an industrial environment is required (including internships and apprenticeships). Experience in a multicultural environment would be considered an asset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel, is required. Proficiency in PDM (Product Data Management) software and SAP is required.
- Personal Qualities: Strong affinity for numbers and information systems, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Language: English proficiency at C1 level is required.
