Costing & Pricing Specialist

To strengthen our team in France, we are looking for a Costing & Pricing Specialist.

Responsibilities

TTR - Technical Times Renault calculation

• TTR manual labor time calculation by using Excel Renault template for both Renault and Nissan
• TTR/Time Confrontations with Customer
• TTR Quotes for all new project waves with and without MIT and comparison agains Yazaki internal GUM Times
• TTR Training new members

Design change calculations

• Cost and Sales Quote for all Reanult and Nissan Engineering change requests - DFC/DFS / ECO/ ECR
• Investment for Engineering chagnes - Creation of new ECM for both Cost and Sales Prices
• Upload of DFC result calculation after validation in Renault intranet tool MODELEC
• Create waves in Renault DFC intranet for report download
• MIT/Margin Imrovement on BOM and BOL for all Engieenring chagnes (when possible)

VAVE and ECO workshop

• Participation and proposal of ideas related to VAVE and ECO workshop
• Support for VAVE and ECO workshop Cost and Sales quotes
• Training and supporting of Engineering team for better Design to cost performance

BOM

• Cost and Sales Quote on full quotes for customer BOM for Renault and Nissan
• BOM Analysis in terms of Cost vs. Sales, margin, Comparison of component quanity and Manufacturing BOMs/Plant SAP BOM

MIT

• Perform margin improvement on BOM, BOL and Enineering change quotations
• Follow-up of MIT and montlty reporting of the results

Sales support in pricing

• Make Cost and Sales Analysis by request
• NAC, ECM/ Investment Cost and Sales Quote
• Margin analysis

GCT - Global Costing Tool

• Support improvements in GCT to achieve automatic sales quotes for BOM and BOL

Purchasing DB Management

• Selection on the best cost and supplier and Purchasing DB management for Renault and Nissan
• GPDB

WorldWide Support Renault and Nissan

• Support sales team on world wide level with BOM Analysis and TTR quotes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or equivalent fields.
• Professional experience: 3 years of experience & 18 months in current position.
• English language: proficient verbal and written communication skills.
