Cost Recovery Expert – Damage & Claims H /F

Job Description

Your Mission

You will be responsible for ensuring that costs contractually payable by customers are consistently claimed, negotiated, invoiced, and recovered, directly contributing to EBITDA improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Identify, review, and validate damage and cost cases eligible for customer recharge
• Manage liability and claim cases with customers
• Prepare and issue invoices for recharged costs
• Independently lead settlement and negotiation discussions with customers
• Handle correspondence with customers, insurers, lawyers, and other third parties
• Maintain accurate data in the ERP system
• Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams
• Actively contribute to improving cost recovery performance and KPIs

Candidate Requirements

• Strong interest in commercial topics, claims, and cost recovery
• Good technical understanding and ability to assess damages
• Persistent, assertive, and confident in negotiations
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in the local language
• Good English skills for international internal collaboration
• Proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
