Cost Modeling and Capitalization Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the quantitative capitalization of development activities and identify the tool(s) that will support the capitalization process
• Propose a deployment plan and a usage model tailored to the needs of departments and services
• Maintain and enrich the Cost Models repository for use during the Tender and Project Execution phases, to support updates to EAC (Estimate at Completion)
• Lead the creation of a repository of Generic Development Schedules, linked to the Cost Models, and define the plan to develop this repository
• Train and support EDMs in the use of the Cost Models repository and cost‑loaded Generic Development Schedules
• Support EDMs and WPMs in the implementation of Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Support and challenge teams with a coaching approach within your area of expertise

Qualifications

• You have at least 10 years' experience managing complex projects with a strong electronics and software focus
• You are proficient in building schedules and planning tools; able to structure and identify activities, milestones, and typical review types with standard durations
• You master bid management and estimation processes
• You have knowledge of Agile development and are familiar with BI tools (Power BI)
