Cost Estimator - Datacenter (H/F/X)

As a Cost Estimator within our Global Delivery Management (GDM) team, you will play a critical role in delivering data center projects across Digital Realty’s EMEA portfolio. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Sales Engineering, Design & Construction, Operations, Sales, and Finance—to ensure accurate cost planning and value‑driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cost estimating efforts for data center projects across the EMEA region
• Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates and project budgets
• Build and continuously enhance a comprehensive cost database tailored to EMEA markets
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support value engineering and cost optimization

Your Profile

• Experience in construction cost estimating, general contracting, or electrical contracting (preferred)
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, one‑line diagrams, and specifications
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with MS Project, Word, and Access
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
• Fluency in both French and English
