Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cost Engineering Specialist – Electrical & Electronic Systems to support cost analysis and value engineering activities for automotive electrical and electronic components. The role requires strong technical expertise combined with cost modeling and manufacturing knowledge.

Technical Scope

• HV Systems: Busbars, High Voltage Wiring, Connectors and Charging Inlets
• Sensors & Electrical/Electronic Components: Speed Sensors, Charging Systems, TFT Displays, Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)

Key Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of overall experience in engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost engineering or technical cost analysis
• Strong understanding of product design, manufacturing processes, and cost breakdown methodologies
• Experience in Automotive OEM or Tier 1 environment preferred
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, sourcing, and suppliers

Desired Skills

• Expertise in value engineering and cost optimization
• Knowledge of electric vehicle electrical/electronic systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with cost estimation tools and techniques
