Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Cost Architect - Super Puma Offers (f/h) to join the Finance Department based in Marignane, France.

Your future missions

The Cost Architect department provides all cost inputs to complex customer offers and creates reliable cost references for H/C platform and S&S processes.

You will be in charge of a Program or Business Activity as a Costing Architect.

Main missions

  • Acting as the focal point for Program/Business on Costing quotations.
  • Securing a close connection between the customer needs and the costing support provided.
  • Leading and managing the costing activity, on quality and on time, providing robust and neutral cost information (e.g. estimation, cost drivers, etc.) to support strategic and operational business decisions.
  • Leading the Costing Review of the Offer process to create costing estimates for complex offers and get buy‑in from Programs.
  • Preparing and consolidating the cost basis for sales items under tariff; supporting the Commercial Policy campaigns enabling the simple offer processes.
  • Preparing, challenging, and synthesizing required assumptions for the production of cost information.
  • Compiling, delivering, and explaining all costing dossiers to stakeholders.
  • Securing knowledge management on cost evolution and requests for a given customer.
  • Supporting internal customers in cost target settings and negotiation/buy‑in with stakeholders.
  • Supporting the harmonisation and rationalisation of Costing methods, tools and processes.

Your profile

  • Demonstrable technical expertise relevant to the position.
  • Possess extensive experience in Business, Design Office, Procurement, Industry, or Support matters.
  • Interest in the financial aspect of things.
  • Autonomous and enjoy working within a Team.
  • Good communication skills are required.
  • English: advanced.
  • French: mandatory.
