Cost Architect - Super Puma Offers (H/F)

Job Summary

Cost Architect - SuperPuma Offers (f/h) in the Finance Department, based in Marignane, France. The position is part of the Cost Architect department, responsible for providing all cost inputs to complex customer offers and creating reliable cost references for H/C platform and S& S processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for Program/Business on cost quotations.
• Ensure a close connection between customer needs and costing support.
• Lead and manage the costing activity, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and provide robust cost information such as estimation and cost drivers to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Own the Costing Review of the Offer process, create costing estimates for complex offers and secure buy‑in from Programs.
• Prepare and consolidate the cost basis for sales items under tariff and support the Commercial Policy campaigns.
• Prepare, challenge, and synthesize required assumptions for producing cost information.
• Compile, deliver, and explain all costing dossiers to stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge management on cost evolution and demands of a given customer.
• Support internal customers in cost target setting and negotiation/buy‑in with stakeholders.
• Support harmonisation and rationalisation of costing methods, tools, and processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable technical expertise relevant to the position.
• Extensive experience in Business, Design Office, Procurement, Industry, or Support matters.
• Interest in the financial aspect of the business.
• Autonomous and enjoys working within a team.
• Good communication skills.
• English: advanced level.
• French: mandatory.
