Corsican Winemaking Internship: Harvest Vinification

Internship: 2026 Winemaking Harvest Internship – Private Winery in Corsica (M/F)

Production of wines in all three colors using Corsican grape varieties: Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu, Vermentinu.

Winemaking carried out in all types of vessels: stainless steel tanks, concrete tanks, concrete eggs, barrels, amphorae, etc.

Under the supervision of the winemakers, you will take part in all stages of the winemaking process, including:

• preparation and cleaning of the winery
• harvest operations, grape reception, press monitoring, pump-overs, settling, devatting, etc.
• daily cleaning tasks

Possibility to develop an internship project/research topic.

• Candidate must already have experience with at least one winery harvest/vinification.
• Highly motivated and able to work well in a team.
• Good physical condition required.
• Rigorous, energetic person (long and physically demanding days during harvest season!).
• Personal vehicle required (shopping, going to the beach, etc.).
• Shared accommodation provided and fully equipped (private bedroom, private bathroom and toilet).
