Corporate Legal Counsel

• Draft, review and negotiate customer and partner contracts, including license agreements, SaaS agreements, services agreements, partner agreements, purchase agreements and subcontracting agreements
• Develop standard contract templates
• Participate in contract negotiations with customers
• Work closely with operational, sales, engineering and HR, Finance, Communications and Marketing, IT, Security, R&D, Operations & Services teams
• Draft policies, processes and guidelines to support Visiativ’s compliance efforts and transformation
• Work with Visiativ Academy to deliver training on contractual guidelines and compliance programs
• Provide legal support to operational teams
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments
• Manage disputes and litigation
• Contribute to compliance activities and the compliance program
• Manage GDPR-related matters

Requirements

• Degree in Business Law, Contract Law, Digital Law or Intellectual Property Law
• More than 3 years of proven experience in a legal department or law firm as a legal counsel and/or attorney
• Experience working with international teams
• Spoken English proficiency
• Curiosity, attention to detail, organizational skills and a strong team spirit
