Corporate Legal Associate - Internship [F/M/X]

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Corporate Legal Associate Intern to join our dynamic and international legal team at Mantu Group. This role is ideal for a student with expertise in corporate law , particularly in France and European jurisdictions.

As part of our global operations, you will play a key role in advising on corporate matters across multiple countries, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to maintaining high legal standards across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the corporate legal team with daily operations.
• Assist the team with corporate administrative tasks.
• Participate actively with the implementation of IA tools within the team.
• Provide legal advice on corporate matters across European jurisdictions.
• Monitor and analyze changes in corporate legislation ; communicate implications to relevant stakeholders proactively.
• Review, draft, and support corporate transactions to ensure compliance with legal standards and alignment with corporate objectives.
• Assist the team with Intellectual Property registrations/renewals,
• Coordinate with external legal counsel for specialized corporate legal matters when necessary.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Corporate Law.
• A first significant experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on France
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters and provide actionable legal guidance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Capable of working as part of a multicultural, international team .
• Fluent in French and English – both written and spoken (mandatory).
