Corporate Law Paralegal — Global M&A & Governance

Bel Group, a leader in the food industry based in Suresnes, is seeking a legal professional to manage corporate governance for its international portfolio. This role involves overseeing operations, exceptional legal activities, and digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate must hold a Master’s degree in Law and have at least 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with a Big 4 firm. Proficiency in English is required, with Spanish and French as advantageous.
