ixolabs.ai is seeking a seasoned corporate law expert to validate AI outputs on governance, securities compliance, and business formation. You will refine test prompts and scenarios to ensure accuracy and strategic soundness in legal advice.

You will evaluate fiduciary duties, board resolutions, and regulatory requirements, drafting detailed feedback and test cases to improve AI reliability over a 6–12 month, part-time engagement.
