Job Description
You are joining the Healthcare team as a Corporate Finance Relationship Manager. This team supports and advises clients in the healthcare sector in the broadest sense of the term, on the various operations and products on which the bank operates. The Healthcare sector works in collaboration with the Coverage & Advisory division and, more broadly, with Natixis' CIB, namely the Mergers & Acquisitions teams (both internal and within the partner network), Capital Advisory, Acquisition & Strategic Finance, Debt Capital Market to promote and execute transactions in the sector.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
- Produce and deliver pitches
- Analyze the health sector and be proactive
- Execute transactions
- Ensure business development
As a Corporate Finance Relationship Manager, you contribute to the development of the Healthcare business within the group.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

Trained in an engineering school or a PhD in pharmacy with a specialization in finance, you have at least 9 years of experience in investment banking (M&A, ECM, financing) as a Corporate Finance Relationship Manager.
You control the following:
- Structured finance and execution of strategic transactions
- The health sector
- Commercial development
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:
- Proactive
- Endowed with a critical mind in order to contribute to the development of solutions tailored to client needs
- Autonomous
You are proficient in English with a C1 level.
