Corporate Finance Internship

• Assist on Cash Forecast : Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial and operational data from relevant business units to prepare accurate cash forecasts; prioritize cash inflows and outflows to support effective liquidity planning and decision-making.
• Support Financing Related Loan Management : Monitor and manage outstanding loans, repayment schedules, and covenant compliance; liaise with internal stakeholders and external lenders to ensure timely execution of financing activities and accurate reporting.
• Prepare the Necessary Documents for Bank KYC: Coordinate and prepare all required documentation for bank KYC procedures; ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Internal Coordination for Finance Support : Act as a liaison between finance and other departments to facilitate smooth information flow, resolve financial queries, and support the implementation of financial policies, processes, and ad-hoc projects.

Experience and skills

• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas).
• You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
• You are results driven with analytical capability and the ability to innovate and simplify current process and practices.
