Corporate Credit Analyst / Credit Writer

• Co-develop credit applications for the five Business Centres, in compliance with the Credit Policy and Basel II regulations
• Help win new credit market share by accompanying Corporate Relationship Managers to client and prospect meetings, with a target of four meetings per month
• Develop a balanced approach to client projects in terms of profitability and risk, notably by assessing opportunities to improve pricing terms
• Support Corporate Relationship Managers in contributing to relationship excellence in the corporate market
• Prepare and analyse corporate credit applications, improving quality, consistency of analysis and response times
• Participate in the preparation for and attendance at client meetings requiring a financing application to be prepared
• Work with Relationship Managers to prepare credit applications, analysing the risks as well as the economic, strategic and financial aspects of the entities under review
• Recommend appropriate financing solutions and guarantees
• Perform qualitative checks on data entered in Anadefi
• Work with Corporate Relationship Managers to ensure high-quality credit ratings
• Ensure and improve customer satisfaction through responsive and proactive sales support
• Enrich client files to keep information about their business activities up to date

Requirements

• At least five years of successful experience in sales-related roles, ideally serving professional clients, with the ambition to progress in the longer term into a Corporate Relationship Manager position
• Knowledge of the economic environment of the corporate market
• Knowledge of and practical experience in financial analysis (statutory and consolidated financial statements) and use of the Anadefi tool
• Ability to assess risk in the corporate market and provide an additional perspective in risk analysis
• Strong summarisation and written communication skills
• Excellent listening and teaching skills
