Job Description
The Corporate Communications Department of Accor is looking for a new intern (6-month contract) to assist the Digital Communications team in managing two major corporate channels: the global corporate website ( and the global intranet AccorLive used by team members worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Group Website: Help create new pages and content for the new Group website, including translations between French and English
- Interact with different teams to understand their strategic needs and translate them into meaningful messages for the website
- Group Website Newsletter: Help create the monthly external newsletter (designing and integration)
- Analyze KPIs and propose enhancements
- Lead the creation of paid campaigns on LinkedIn
- Global Intranet: Help manage requests from internal stakeholders to update the intranet and coordinate the platform’s editorial calendar, aligning with regional and brand calendars
- Assist in improving the platform’s editorial guidelines by identifying relevant content formats, tones, and editorial approaches
- Participation in complex projects aimed at enhancing the platform
- Both Platforms: Contribute to development of page content (briefing and management of text writing by agencies, editing, verification of translations, iconographical research, etc)
- Co-lead projects and work independently with technical teams, agencies, and providers to translate communication needs into evolutions for the website/intranet
- Understand briefs and create new pages with user-focused design
- Integrate content, documents, and page updates (text, images, etc.) into the back office, and supervise integration by agencies
- Uploading articles and other content (text, images, etc.) to the back office and ensure content is well-structured, visually appealing, and aligned with platform guidelines
- Tracking and analyzing KPIs: monitor website/intranet performance metrics (e.g., page views, user engagement), compile regular reports, and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Currently obtaining a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s diploma in Communication, Journalism, or related fields
- Fluency in English and French required (written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Autonomous, creative, proactive, and curious
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools and Canva
Preferred Qualifications:
- First experience in Communication, Design or Digital is a plus
- Experience executing creative ideas for digital platforms is a plus
- Interest in travel and hospitality industry and in digital
- Previous project management notions are a plus
This is a 6-month internship contract, starting in September 2026, for an on-site mission based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.
