Core Insurance Platform Production Manager
The Core Insurance Platform Production Manager oversees all IT production activities around the Core Insurance Platform, ensuring the smooth operation of applications and systems, optimizing development and deployment processes, and providing the right level of communication to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Coordination
- Establish and maintain IT production processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management) in alignment with EA’s guidelines.
- Ensure availability and performance of applications and design appropriate governance.
- Manage and coordinate external partners maintaining platform components.
- Identify and propose opportunities for process optimisation to enhance production efficiency and reliability.
- Release Management
- Implement a robust Release Management process embedding all dependencies between systems and initiatives.
- Supervise deployment, maintenance, and system monitoring activities.
- Coordinate dialogue with IT Product Owners and ensure consistency of module architecture.
- Manage backlog and prioritise tasks aligned with EA’s global priorities.
- Ensure communication and reporting for all stakeholders.
- Contract and Budget Management
- Oversee all contractual and financial engagements.
- Manage budget, provide visibility on consumption and forecasts, and ensure yearly budget commitments are met.
- Lead contractual or budget adaptations as needed.
- Security and Compliance
- Ensure data security and compliance with IT operation standards of quality and security.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 10 years delivering large IT platforms as Project Manager and/or Production Support Manager.
- Significant experience delivering or managing SaaS software, ideally in insurance.
- Experience in Production Support for ERPs on an international scale with offshore service provider involvement.
- Knowledge of standard production support processes (ITIL).
- Technical experience in ERP delivery and production support in international companies.
- Good understanding of SaaS software implementation (experience with Duck Creek or any SaaS insurance platform is a plus).
- Understanding of the insurance business, especially travel, is a plus.
- Strong people management and team leadership experience (minimum 5 years).
- Excellent communicator in English (both written and spoken). French speaking is ideally a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

- Contract type: Full‑Time
- Location: Saint‑Denis (50% remote)
- Education level: Master’s degree required
