Copywriter
We are looking for a creative and strategic Copywriter to shape and elevate Salomon’s global brand narrative across all channels and consumer experiences.
In this role, you will define and evolve the brand tone of voice while creating compelling storytelling for global campaigns, product launches, CRM, eCommerce, retail, and digital activations.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Product, Sports Marketing, CRM, PR, and Content teams to ensure consistency, quality, and emotional impact across all brand communications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute copy strategy: create and implement a cohesive copy strategy that aligns with our brand vision, values, and marketing goals.
- Brand voice : maintain and evolve our brand voice, ensuring it is authentic, inspiring, and consistent across all touchpoints.
- Brand campaigns : partner with Marketing and Creative teams to develop impactful storytelling for all brand and product campaigns and key consumer experiences.
- Content channel copywriting: develop comprehensive copy guidelines for all channels, including CRM, product descriptions, and e‑commerce campaigns, to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Copy performance management: generate copy variations and proposals to enhance performance across different platforms and audiences.
- Product copy governance: shape the tone and style of product copy across all categories, ensuring it aligns with our brand's vision and caters to different channels and messaging needs. Provide strategic input on key product copy to maintain consistency with our commercial and creative goals.
- Content oversight: oversee the editing and refinement of consumer‑facing content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice while embodying our core values.
- Industry trend awareness: stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in copywriting and brand messaging, incorporating innovative approaches into our communication strategies.
Qualifications
- What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Copywriter, ideally focused on brand content and storytelling.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in English.
- Bilingual English & French is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling, tone of voice, and premium positioning.
- Experience writing across multiple formats and channels (CRM, eCommerce, campaigns, retail, social media, PR).
- Strong creativity with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge and passion for outdoor sports, running, hiking, and winter sports.
- Ability to collaborate in fast‑paced and cross‑functional environments.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
Profil recherché (French)
- Bac +5 ou équivalent.
- 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en copywriting, idéalement orienté brand content et storytelling.
- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et éditoriales en anglais.
- Anglais et français bilingue obligatoire.
- Bonne compréhension des enjeux de narration de marque et de tone of voice premium.
- Expérience multi‑canaux : CRM, eCommerce, campagnes, retail, social media, PR.
- Créativité, sens du détail et exigence de qualité.
- Passion pour les sports outdoor, le running, la randonnée et les sports d’hiver.
- Capacité à évoluer dans des environnements transverses et dynamiques.
