Who are you? We are looking for a talented professional with copywriting skills focused on the medical industry, who can work on developing copy content for brand deliverables. This role would complement the design team, while working for our client in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Description

The role and responsibilities of the Medical Copywriter include the following:

• Develop and update content for various commercial assets with an emphasis on omnichannel digital channels (banner ads, emails, sales materials, social media content, websites) and printed materials (posters, slide kits, patient guidelines, sales content, leaflets, conference materials).
• Ensure compliance with medical, regulatory and legal guidelines for France, and that content is supported by authentic, up-to-date references.
• Occasional involvement in creative projects including ideation and moving image for campaign-level activity.
• Collaborate with graphic design, brand, and production teams on briefs, workshops and project deliveries.
• Maintain compliance with local legislation and client internal policies; ensure content development and activities are supported by references.
• Follow department best practices for processes, communication, project management, documentation, and linguistic standards.
• Participate in training programs and assignments as required.
• Participate in client calls as per project requirements.
• Utilize AI tools to provide accurate and relevant copy content.
• Maintain quality, confidentiality, security; adhere to training, specifications and quality systems.

Ideal Profile

• Education: healthcare degree or masters or equivalent preferred
• Experience in in-house creative or agency roles with Pharma sector clients
• Familiarity with rare diseases; knowledge in respiratory & immunology, cardiovascular, renal & metabolic, oncology is a plus
• Willingness to develop knowledge in the above areas with medical teams
• Strong writing skills and passion for digital copy; ability to translate science into compelling copy
• Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
• Experience in SEO copywriting and driving traffic with keyword research is a plus
• Networking and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Up-to-date with technical/scientific developments and ability to relate them to projects
• Client-oriented with focus on long-term relationships
• Ability to complete assignments on time; strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience in a large multinational, matrix environment is preferable

Candidate would ideally reside commutable to the local client’s office city, as this would be a hybrid office/remote position with occasional office visits. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills in native French and good business English.
