Position Details

As a Supply Chain Manager of a distribution area for a good customer satisfaction, implement, drive and sustain the end to end key processes “Order to cash”, “Forecast to plan” and “Procure to pay” and be a real pillar on which the business can rely on.

Responsibilities

Your main missions will be:

• Demand Planning: You will understand how the business works to build reliable sales forecast and anticipate market needs and evolution. It will be done in close relationship with sales and marketing departments.
• Supply Planning: Build the supply plan based on the demand taking into account its uncertainty and different scenarios.
• Ensure the consistency of the data in the different systems.
• Monitor and improve the different KPI (sales forecast accuracy, level of stock, shortages…)
• Be involved in projects in your area.

You will work with different actors from the plant to the final customers of Ceva to look for a transversal alignment between them.

Qualifications

Profile:

• Master 2 / Engineering / Business School with a focus on supply chain
• Supply chain & analytical skills with a strong business interest in a fast-moving multi-cultural environment
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• ERP usage (JDE would be an asset) & supply chain software experience
• Advanced level on Microsoft Office
• 3-5 years of experience in a planification position (industrial or business)

Competences: Autonomy, communication and writing skills, ability to synthesize and find solutions, open minded, flexibility, cross-functional management, will be essential in this position.
