Responsibilities

• Implement, drive, and sustain end‑to‑end supply chain processes: Order to Cash, Forecast to Plan, and Procure to Pay.
• Demand planning: collaborate with sales and marketing to develop reliable forecasts and anticipate market needs.
• Supply planning: build supply plans based on demand, uncertainty, and scenarios.
• Ensure data consistency across systems.
• Monitor and improve KPI such as sales forecast accuracy, stock level, and shortages.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and align supply chain activities with plant and customer goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.
• 3–5 years of experience in a planning role (industrial or business).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP (JDE preferred).
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Autonomy, communication and writing skills, ability to synthesize, open‑mindedness, flexibility, and cross‑functional leadership.
