As our newCopilot Studio, Agents & Power Platform Specialist , you will drive the design, delivery, and adoption of intelligent agentic AI and automation solutions across our customers and business functions. You willleverageCopilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and AI-assisted development tools to solve complex business challenges andoptimizeprocesses at scale. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will ensure solutions are secure, governed, cost-efficient, and deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy intelligentCopilot Studio agents andMicrosoft 365 Copilot solutions that solvereal businesschallenges, from knowledge and support agents to process automation
- Architect scalable, enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions byleveragingorganizational knowledge, connectors, orchestration capabilities, and Copilot extensibility
- Analyze business processes and deliver automation solutions usingPower Automate ,Power Apps , andDataverse , including SAP and other business system integrations
- Lead AI and automation initiatives from proof of concept through enterprise-wide deployment, driving adoption, measuring ROI, andoptimizingbusiness outcomes
- Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards for Copilot Studio, agents, and Power Platform solutions, including data protection and publishing controls
- Manage solution consumption and costs across Copilot Studio and Azure, providing monitoring, optimization, and forecasting for large-scale deployments
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, advise on architecture and scalability, and deliver training and enablement for both business and technical audiences
