English to come... Adecco recrute actuellement un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) en recouvrement des coûts et finances pour une opportunité contractuelle à temps plein située à Gatineau, QC. Ce rôle est idéal pour un(e) professionnel(le) en finance, orienté(e) vers les détails, ayant de l'expérience en recouvrement des coûts, coordination avec les parties prenantes, facturation et administration financière.
Occupation: Coordination du recouvrement des coûts et finances. Lieu: Gatineau, QC. Salaire: 65 000 $ à 85 000 $ par année. Horaires: Lundi à vendredi, 9:00 AM‑4:00 PM. Type: Temps plein, contrat de 4 ans.
Responsibilities
- Identify and liaise with clients regarding Salary Wage Envelope (SWE) cost recovery responsibilities.
- Draft, coordinate, and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), and other inter‑organizational agreements.
- Prepare and coordinate Spending Authorization Forms (SAFs) and ensure required approvals are obtained.
- Monitor recovery actions and ensure documentation is completed before invoicing activities begin.
- Track project expenditures and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare client invoices and follow up to ensure acceptance and payment.
- Maintain an auditable database of cost recovery activities, documentation, invoices, and forecasts.
- Provide monthly recovery briefings and SLA status updates to stakeholders.
- Support finance teams by identifying and reporting outstanding recovery actions.
- Prepare fiscal year‑end recovery summaries and long‑term funding forecasts.
- Develop reports and presentations to support financial planning and decision‑making.
Qualifications
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is considered an asset.
- Project Management certification or experience is considered an asset.
- Minimum 12 months of experience developing and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Minimum 24 months of experience developing and maintaining MOUs, service contracts, or similar agreements.
- Minimum 24 months of experience supporting financial and cost recovery activities, including stakeholder engagement and documentation of cost recovery arrangements.
- Minimum 24 months of experience preparing invoices, obtaining client acceptance, and maintaining financial records and forecasts.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, PDF editing software, and web‑based collaboration platforms.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate financial documentation.
