What You’ll Do

Assist the Marketing Manager in building marketing plans to drive sales through new product innovation, PR, media, and events. Support collaboration with the International Marketing team to translate regional strategy and ambitions into local and channel-specific activations.

What You’ll Be Working On

Support the Development and Execution of 360° Marketing Campaigns:

  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing annual and campaign-specific marketing plans.
  • Assist in building and executing 360° activation plans for priority launches and strategic campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign implementation across paid media, PR, influencer marketing, and events.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure all assets are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to produce marketing materials, PR mailers, events, and promotional tools.
  • Partner with the Trade Marketing team to ensure consistency across paid media, in-store, online, and earned media activations.
  • Track campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.

Support PR, Influencer & Event Activations:

  • Coordinate the execution of PR and influencer plans in partnership with the local PR agency.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with agency partners and serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing projects.
  • Support influencer identification, briefing, content approvals, and campaign execution.
  • Coordinate annual seeding programs, including product allocation, shipment tracking, and performance follow-up.
  • Support the localization of press materials and campaign toolkits.
  • Lead the operational execution of local brand events, retailer events, and influencer experiences.

Coordinate paid media activations and organic seeding:

  • Support the implementation of paid media campaigns in partnership with retailers and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the International Marketing team to understand campaign objectives, media strategies, and asset requirements.
  • Brief creative teams and coordinate the delivery of campaign assets.
  • Monitor campaign implementation and ensure timely execution with Sephora ME.
  • Track campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Develop brand visibility at retailer:

  • Develop campaign toolkits and social media assets for retailer partners.
  • Build recommendations to maximize brand visibility across retailer-owned social media, CRM, and digital platforms.
  • Support the development of retailer-specific activation opportunities to increase awareness and engagement throughout the year.
  • Monitor brand representation across retailer channels and ensure consistency with brand standards.

Reporting & Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor campaign performance across channels.
  • Prepare post-campaign analyses, including activation recaps, sales performance reviews, key learnings, and recommendations.
  • Track brand visibility and execution quality across retailer ecosystems.
  • Monitor competitor activity, emerging trends, and best practices to identify opportunities for future activations.

Budget tracking:

  • Monitor each activation budget to ensure accurate budget allocation.
  • Monitor purchase orders, invoices, and agency/vendor costs to ensure timely payments and accurate allocations.
  • Maintain budget trackers and regularly update spending forecasts versus actuals.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in preparing budget reports, reconciliations, and campaign ROI analyses.
  • Coordinate with retailers to execute the animation plan across media, social, CRM, PR, and events.
  • Work with global and local creative teams to execute all elements of the animation in line with brand image and objectives.
  • Collaborate with local vendors to produce marketing tools (merch, PR boxes, events).
  • Partner with ME & APAC trade marketing to consolidate 360 activation and ensure strong synergy across in-store, online visibility and other touchpoints.

Build brand awareness with ME & APAC regions:

  • Support on PR plan execution with local PR agencies (SEA & India): influencers briefs, influencer selection, press release localization, PR events.
  • Plan and execute all PR seedings throughout the year with local PR agencies or retailers.
  • Lead creative briefs for assets to ensure global alignment, best-in-class execution, and local relevancy.
  • Create social media toolkits for campaign addresses to local retailers to boost Sol de Janeiro visibility on retailers’ channels.
  • Build an ongoing relationship and recommendation plan with retailers for their social channels.

Support on CRM strategy and visibility with retailers:

  • Analyze CRM and customer data from retailers.
  • Build CRM newsletter briefs for each campaign.

Support the team with new business openings:

  • In collaboration with ME & APAC marketing manager, develop and execute launch marketing plans for new retailers within budget and timing.
  • Help onboard potential local capabilities such as PR or media agencies.

Reporting:

  • Monitor brand digital presence and campaign execution on retailer sites, social media, and CRM.
  • Produce post-campaign reports with key takeaways and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Monitor competition activities and derive learnings.

Must Haves

  • 1-3 years experience
  • Master's degree with a specialization in marketing
  • Organizational skills, proactive attitude, and good interpersonal skills with teams and clients
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work independently and make decisions, rigor and dynamism
  • Interest in results and the international environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English
  • Sensitivity to the world cosmetics
