Responsibilities

Dans le cadre de son développement, PerkinElmer recherche un(e) Coordinateur(rice) QHSE pour renforcer l'équipe OneSource. Ce poste est basé sur le site de notre client, Sanofi à Marcy-l'Étoile .

En tant que Coordinateur(trice) QHSE , vous êtes l’interlocuteur/trice du client pour les sujets QHSE. Vous collaborez en interne et en externe, avec les parties prenantes. Vous êtes le garant du respect des règles Qualité Hygiène Sécurité et Environnement sur les sites du client (région Centre) .

Rattaché(e) au responsable QHSE OneSource France, vous participez activement à l’amélioration continue du système qualité et sécurité de PerkinElmer et, ainsi, à l’augmentation de la satisfaction Client.

Missions

• Coordonner la gestion des plans de prévention (convocation des sous-traitants, collecte des documents, évaluation des risques, diffusion des documents),
• Gérer les incidents qualité (réclamations clients/fournisseur, non-conformités internes),
• Coordonner le processus d'approbation des fournisseurs,
• Maintenir la base de données des protocoles,
• Réaliser les audits internes prévus sur le plan annuel,
• Préparer les interventions des sous-traitants (vérification des prérequis, mise à jour des bases de données)
• Participer activement aux réunions avec le client.

Votre profil

• Diplôme ou Niveau Bac+2 à Bac+3 en QHSE, ou expérience équivalente
• Expérience de 5 - 10 ans minimum (l'alternance compte pour moitié) en Qualité et HSE
• Idéalement expérience en environnement de laboratoire, site industriel ou environnement pharmaceutique
• Rigueur, autonomie, sens du service client, capacité relationnelle
• Anglais professionnel lu, écrit et parlé
• Niveau avancé sur la Suite MS Office
