Role Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Warehouse & Transportation Specialist to join our plant in Gron. The specialist will coordinate logistics, production scheduling, and compliance with regulations, ensuring timely delivery and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all steps align with the forecast schedule and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with managers to address discrepancies and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Anticipate needs for finished products and reels, contributing to meeting deadlines and improving workflow.
• Oversee the order book and production schedule.
• Interface with logistics partners, testing, production, business, and transporters.
• Verify and coordinate supply of empty reels and compliance with forecasts.
• Plan loading schedules and forecast activity, including truck and crane reservations.
• Ensure compliance with customs, import‑export, safety regulations, and incoterms.
• Analyze failures and propose improvements.
• Define documentary policy and enhance service through procedures and dashboard development.
• Monitor project costs and implement corrective actions.
• Comply with customer order conditions and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French.
• Degree or Baccalaureate.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in industry or logistics sector.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities, target orientation, and ability to manage priorities in coordination with management.
• Fast learner with self‑commitment and proactive attitude.
